Your information

Privacy Policy

This notice explains what information our website handles, why we use it, and how to contact us about it.

Last updated July 27, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through ampoolservicerepair.com, including our contact, calculator follow-up, and repair-request forms. It does not govern websites or services operated by other companies.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
  • Service-request details: service address, city and ZIP code, repair type, requested date and time, equipment or issue description, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Consent and request records: required acknowledgements, the date and time of transactional-email consent, the consent wording version, and email delivery status or provider reference information.
  • Website and device information: page URL, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, browser or device type, IP address, approximate location, and security or diagnostic logs.

3. How we use information

  • Receive, review, and respond to service and repair requests.
  • Send a requested confirmation and service-related scheduling updates.
  • Coordinate routes, evaluate equipment issues, and provide requested service.
  • Protect the site, prevent spam or abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain records.
  • Understand site performance and improve our pages, forms, and customer experience.
  • Comply with applicable law and protect customers, our business, and others.

4. Service-related email

A repair request requires an email address and a separate, unchecked agreement to receive the confirmation and request-related scheduling updates. Those messages are limited to the request or resulting service relationship. Checking that box does not add you to a marketing list.

A repair request is not a confirmed appointment. The confirmation email records that we received the request; an appointment is scheduled only after A&M follows up.

5. When information is shared

We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the site, deliver email, respond to requests, provide service, protect the business, or meet legal obligations. Providers involved in those activities may include:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, request processing, Turnstile bot protection, security, and infrastructure.
  • Zoho ZeptoMail for transactional email processing and delivery records.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website usage and performance analytics.
  • Authorized A&M personnel and operational support providers who help respond to the request.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer.

6. Analytics and browser controls

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure visits and interactions. Your browser can block or delete cookies, and some browsers or extensions can limit analytics requests. Blocking them may change how certain site features are measured but is not required to submit a service request.

We use these tools for site measurement, not targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information collected through this site, use analytics data or form contents to build advertising audiences, or enroll customers in marketing campaigns.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and may include a limited period in backups or provider delivery logs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. You may also ask questions about how it is used. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use it for targeted advertising.

9. Children

This site and our services are intended for adults arranging residential pool service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these forms.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be presented on this page.
